We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:

Design and evolve microservices architecture across Java 11, 17, and 21; ensure compliance and scalability standards.
Lead code reviews, mentoring squad members to drive technical excellence and consistency.
Serve as Incident Commander during production issues; provide on-demand technical escalation support.




Own Product Owner Delivery initiatives, translating compliance requirements into technical roadmaps and delivery milestones.
Evaluate and recommend messaging platforms (Kafka, Solace, Message Queue) and cloud infrastructure decisions.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Advanced Java expertise (11, 17, 21); deep knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices patterns.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, Solace, or IBM Message Queue; comfortable designing event-driven architectures.
Solid software design principles (SOLID, design patterns); ability to guide architectural decisions and trade-offs.
Proven leadership: mentoring engineers, rigorous code review discipline, clear technical communication.
Proficiency with CI/CD, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and observability platforms.
Banking/financial services background; familiarity with compliance framewo
