Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRM)
Location: UV Overseas, [Sudarshanpura, Bais Godam, Jaipur]
Industry: Silver Jewellery Export
Experience Required: 2-5 years in CRM/Client Servicing/Export Industry
Job Type: Full time
Salary: Up to 30,000 CTC
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end customer communication—from inquiries to order dispatch and after-sales support.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics).
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of export documentation (preferably for silver/jewelry).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, or handicraft export businesses is an advantage.
- Familiarity with overseas client expectations and time zones.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
