Inside Sales Specialist

We are an IT Services and Technology Solutions organization delivering software development, cloud, and managed services to clients across the US, UK/EU, and APAC. Our Sales team drives growth by building and qualifying pipeline for our services and solutions portfolio.

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist with 4-6 yearsof experience to own the top of the sales funnel. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will generate, qualify, and nurture leads across IT Services, SaaS/Product, and Consultative sales motions, and work closely with Account Executives and Field Sales teams to convert pipeline into revenue.

Responsibilities
- Build targeted prospect lists, map key accounts, and identify relevant stakeholders across target industries
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT/MEDDIC) and book corporate appointments
- Deliver first-level capability presentations and product walkthroughs/demos to prospective clients
- Manage smooth,



well-documented hand-offs of qualified opportunities to Account Executives / Field Sales teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect and account activity in the CRM
- Identify patterns across accounts and industries and surface actionable insights to sales leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Requirements:
- 4-6 years in Inside Sales / Business Development, ideally within IT Services, SaaS/Product, or Consultative B2B selling environments
- Hands-on experience with a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce (SFDC)
- Working knowledge of prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or Lusha
- Experience in IT Services or SaaS sales is an advantage
- Exposure to Cloud/Infrastructure, Software Engineering, DevOps, or AMS domains is a solid advantage
- Comfort working across time zones (US/EST-PST, UK/EU, or APAC/ANZ) as needed
