Academic Counsellor - Job Description

Experience: Fresher to Experienced
Role: Academic Counsellor - UG/PG Counselling
Location: IMTS Institute, Noida Sector 3

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding UG/PG courses, admissions, eligibility, and career options.
- Understand students' academic goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with prospective students.
- Explain course details, fees, admission process, and documentation requirements.
- Convert enquiries/leads into admissions by providing proper counselling.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/student information in CRM.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
- Resolve student queries and provide a positive admission experience.

Requirements:
- 12th Pass /Graduation preferred.




- Freshers can apply; counselling/sales/tele-calling experience is an advantage.
- Positive communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.

Salary: As per experience & interview performance.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
