Proactively contact prospective customers to promote and explain travel packages, products, and

services.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions tailored to their

needs and preferences.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into confirmed bookings and maximize sales

opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems with relevant interactions, bookings,

and follow-up activities.
- Build and nurture solid customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and

repeat business.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales, booking, and revenue targets in line with company objectives.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries,



concerns, and requests, providing

exceptional customer support.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports, including lead status,

conversions, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on travel products, destinations, promotions, and industry trends to effectively advise

customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking processes and excellent customer

experiences.
