About SVAC

Suchi Vora Architecture Collaborative (SVAC) is a Pune-based architecture and interior design practice working across architecture, interiors and design. We approach every project with a strong focus on design, detailing, functionality and execution.

We are looking for an Architect with 4-5 years of professional experience to join our Pune studio and work closely with the Principal Architect and project teams on commercial architecture projects.

The Role:
You should be comfortable working across planning, GFC documentation, statutory requirements, consultant coordination and site-related architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate architectural drawings for commercial projects from design development through execution.
- Prepare and review GFC drawings, detailed drawings and construction documentation.
- Develop plans, sections, elevations, details and architectural working drawings.




- Work with UDCPR and applicable development control regulations to ensure projects comply with planning and statutory requirements.
- Understand building planning, FSI, setbacks, parking, fire requirements and other relevant development regulations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, fire, landscape, interior and other consultants.
- Review consultant drawings and identify architectural coordination issues.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP and structural requirements.
- Prepare drawing sets and documentation required for approvals and execution.
- Attend site visits, understand execution issues and coordinate with contractors and consultants when required.
- Review shop drawings, material details and architectural execution at site.
- Assist the Principal Architect and project team in maintaining design intent through the construction stage.
