The Opportunity

This is not a conventional teaching role. We are looking for an experienced practitioner who can create a thriving wellness culture, build meaningful relationships with members, and deliver a consistently exceptional experience across daily classes and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Instruction
- Lead high-quality yoga sessions during morning and evening schedules.
- Conduct guided meditation, mindfulness, pranayama, relaxation, and stress-management practices.
- Adapt sessions to suit beginners, intermediate practitioners, seniors, and advanced students.
- Ensure proper alignment, safety,



and injury prevention.

Member Experience
- Provide personalized guidance to members regarding wellness goals and progress.
- Build strong relationships and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Maintain high levels of member engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Create a calm, positive, and inspiring environment during every session.

Program Development
- Design structured yoga and meditation programs.
- Introduce themed wellness workshops and special events.
- Support the development of holistic wellness offerings that align with the center’s premium positioning.

Professional Excellence
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and professionalism.
- Stay current with developments in yoga, meditation, anatomy, and wellness science.
- Serve as a trusted wellness mentor and role model for members.
