Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager - Government Projects & Operations to lead our Government Procurement, GeM bidding, IT hardware, manpower outsourcing, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Government procurement and GeM bidding operations.
- Oversee IT hardware procurement, supply, installation, and project execution.
- Manage manpower outsourcing projects and ensure timely deployment of resources.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, ATCs, and compliance requirements.




- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, vendors, government departments, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with GeM, Government procurement policies, ISO standards, and statutory requirements.
- Lead business development initiatives and identify new Government and Corporate opportunities.
- Monitor project execution, profitability, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, Tender, Accounts, Procurement, and Operations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Government Departments, Cooperative Banks, PSUs, Educational Institutions, and Corporate Clients.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reviews for senior management.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA
