Oversee the daily operations of residential facilities, including but not limited to, scheduling, staffing, and maintenance
- Ensure that residents receive high-quality care and support services, including but not limited to, meal planning, housekeeping, and recreational activities
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety in the facilities
- Maintain accurate records, including but not limited to, budget reports, resident files, and staff schedules
- Communicate regularly with residents, family members, and staff to address any concerns or issues that arise
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that facilities meet local, state, and federal regulations for health, safety, and sanitation

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹99,800.00 per month
