Job Title: Rider / Delivery Executive
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience Required: Freshers Welcome / No Prior Experience Required

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver orders/packages to customers within assigned areas.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Follow designated routes and optimize delivery schedules.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Verify delivery details and obtain proof of delivery when required.
- Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions, if applicable.
- Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred.




- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Own smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Good knowledge of Mumbai roads and local areas.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of Marathi and/or English is an advantage.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Physically fit and capable of handling delivery assignments.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
