Job Description: Lead Generation Executive

Hours: Monday-Friday, up to 45 hours per week
Work Hours: EST Shift - 6:00 PM to 03:00 AM (Fixed Shift)
Location: Office 801, 8th Floor, Cerebrum IT Park - B3, Kalyani Nagar, Pune - 411014
Length: Permanent position with a six-month probation period

Requirements:
- Graduation / Post Graduation.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Demand Generation.
- Experience in B2B cold calling and outbound campaigns.




- Experience in white paper/content promotion will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with business professionals and decision-makers.
- Positive questioning, probing, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Ability to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Willingness to work in a fixed EST shift from the Pune office.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B cold calls to target prospects.
- Promote and distribute white papers and other content assets to relevant prospects.
- Identify and connect with relevant business contacts.
- Perform Contact Discovery (CD) activities as per campaign requirements.
- Perform CDQA activities to verify and validate contact information.
- Engage prospects and understand their business requirements.
