Tender Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor relevant government and private tenders.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Handle GeM, e-tendering portals, and online tender submissions.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and terms & conditions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, quotations, and pricing.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, bids, and contracts.
- Track tender status, results, and follow up on submissions.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Experience in tender management, e-tendering, or government procurement preferred.
- Knowledge of GeM and other e-tender portals.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and documentation.
- Solid attention to detail and deadline management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
