About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven E-commerce Growth & Marketplace Manager to take complete ownership of our online business across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, and Myntra.

Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, and Myntra business operations.
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Drive revenue growth while improving contribution margin and overall profitability.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve key business KPIs, including sales, ROAS, TACoS, ACoS, conversion rate, inventory health, and profitability.
- Manage P&L; and identify opportunities to improve margins through pricing, promotions, and operational efficiency.
- Perform inventory forecasting, demand planning, purchase planning, and stock replenishment to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
- Create and manage purchase orders, inventory reports, and business planning using advanced Excel.
- Optimize product listings, SEO, content, pricing, and conversion rates across all marketplaces.




- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, customer support, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement systems to improve business efficiency.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
- Robust expertise in Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads is required.
- Experience with Google Ads will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of managing ₹1 Crore+ monthly GMV across one or more e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, advertising, inventory planning, and profitability.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business analytics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
