Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of staff across departments.
- Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leaves, and personal files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and assist with salary processing in coordination with the accounts team.
- Manage statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws.
- Organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR-driven events.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a healthy working environment.
- Assist with performance appraisals and HR documentation.




- Liaise with external agencies and service providers for manpower, training, and audits.
- Support exit formalities, full & final settlements, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive HR information.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, approachable, and team-oriented.
