Job Title: Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full‑time

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mall operations including housekeeping, security, parking, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and service providers.
- Monitor facility management and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Address tenant concerns and support events/promotions.

Eligibility:
- Graduate with 2-5 years’ experience in operations/facility/mall/property management.
- Robust communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
