Role Description:
Credofy is hiring 2 Business Development Associates (Sales & Outreach) to join our on-site team in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make 40-60 cold calls daily to potential clients using provided sales scripts.




- Research and build prospect databases using tools such as Apollo.io and LinkedIn.
- Identify potential client needs and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple communication channels.
- Submit weekly performance reports and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support lead generation and sales initiatives.
- Represent Credofy professionally while maintaining high standards of communication and client engagement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (BBA/MBA graduates preferred).
- 0-1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and productivity tools.
