Key Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions in accounting software. Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers. Process purchase, sales, and journal entries. Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and payment documents. Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management. Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations. Maintain petty cash records and expense statements. Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Support GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance activities. Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Required Qualifications B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.



0-3 years of experience in accounting and finance. Freshers with solid accounting knowledge may also apply. Required Skills Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime, Busy, or ERP systems. Understanding of GST and TDS compliance. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good communication and organizational abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
