Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records and accounting entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Process payroll and maintain employee salary records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- GST & accounting compliance
- Assist in financial audits and tax-related documentation.
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and statutory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and provide management reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




- 1-5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Experience in account reconciliation and financial record management.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Valuable analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial auditing and taxation.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting software is an advantage.
