At Bhaada, we're building a technology-driven logistics platform that connects customers with transport service providers. We are looking for energetic individuals who can help us build both the supply and demand side of our network.

Position: Business Development Associate

Location: Kanpur / Field-Based

Experience: 0-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Onboard drivers, transporters, and vehicle owners onto the Bhaada platform

Acquire customers who require transportation and logistics services

Build and maintain solid relationships with drivers and businesses

Conduct field visits, meetings, and market outreach activities

Ensure active engagement and retention of both drivers and customers

Help create a strong supply-demand ecosystem on the platform

Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





✔Comfortable with field sales and business development activities

✔ Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

✔ Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge

✔ Experience in sales, logistics, or transportation is an added advantage
