Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and input tax credit management.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and reconciliations.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer ledgers, and other financial records.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants during statutory and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory regulations.
- Assist management with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audit and compliance purposes.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.




- Excellent command of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) - Mandatory.
- M.Com or CA Inter will be preferred.
- 5-6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience handling complete accounting independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in the logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or EXIM industry will be an advantage.

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 5-6 Years

Location:Ashram Road Ahmedabad

Pay: ₹8,558.76 - ₹35,859.98 per month
