- 5-8 years of overall experience in Performance Testing, including solid hands-on expertise with NeoLoad for load and performance test design and execution.Role Summary
- Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute benchmark, load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability tests
- Participate actively in performance bottleneck analysis, root cause identification, and solution recommendations
- Perform Performance Engineering and Performance Optimization activities throughout the SDLC
- Run, manage, and monitor end-to-end performance test campaigns
- Communicate test progress, risks, results, and issues through regular status and summary reports
- Collaborate with Business, Application, Infrastructure, and DB teams to improve overall system performance
- Conduct defect tracking, follow-ups, and closure in coordination with relevant teams
- Ensure proper sign-offs post test execution and reporting
