Position: Independent FMCG Sales Partner - Commission Based

R2E TEA KINGDOM Pvt. Ltd. is looking for independent sales partners in Indore to develop the retail market for our ChaiAnjali tea products.

This is a 100% commission-based freelance opportunity. There is NO fixed monthly salary. Earnings depend on actual sales generated.

Responsibilities:
Visit kirana stores, general stores, supermarkets, tea shops and other retail outlets.

Introduce ChaiAnjali tea products to retailers.

Onboard new retailers and develop a local retail network.

Generate and follow up on orders.

Maintain relationships with retailers and generate repeat orders.

Help increase product visibility and availability in the assigned territory.

Share regular sales/order updates with the company.

Who We're Looking For

FMCG / retail sales experience preferred.

Existing retailer or shop-owner contacts will be an advantage.





Good communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned market.

Self-motivated and comfortable working on a performance-based model.

Earning Structure

Commission on successful paid sales

Additional commission/incentive on repeat orders

Performance-based target incentives

No fixed salary; higher sales = higher earning potential.

Estimated monthly earning potential: ₹5,000-₹30,000+ depending on sales performance. This is NOT a guaranteed salary.

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
