Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Outreach & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through online campaigns, website inquiries, and marketplace platforms.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

2. Sales & Conversion
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Persuade customers to complete purchases and upsell/cross-sell relevant products.
- Convert inquiries into successful orders through effective communication.

3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

4. E-commerce Coordination
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team for order processing, delivery updates, and returns.
- Assist customers with online order placement and payment processes.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, offers, and availability.

5. Data Management & Reporting




- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Track follow-ups and ensure closure of leads.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 6 Months to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer support (preferably in e-commerce).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling customers for online marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.).
- Multilingual communication skills (preferred but not mandatory).
