Key Responsibilities

Client & Sales Management
- Welcome and assist clients with a warm, skilled and luxury-focused approach.
- Understand client requirements, preferences,



occasion and personal style.
- Recommend suitable garments, collections and complete looks based on the client's needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue.
- Build long-term relationships with premium and repeat clients.
- Maintain client profiles, preferences, purchase history and follow-up requirements.
- Handle client follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp when required.

Personal Styling & Fashion Consultation
- Act as a Personal Stylist for clients and provide professional fashion advice.
- Have strong knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, colours, prints, embroidery, craftsmanship and current fashion trends.
- Suggest complete looks including garments, styling, accessories and suitable combinations.
- Help clients select outfits for weddings, festive occasions, parties, corporate events and other special occasions.
