This Role

Deliver high-quality telephone triage, using your clinical expertise to ensure safe, effective and person-centred care in a fast-paced and innovative service
Work as an autonomous practitioner, applying professional judgement, knowledge and experience to undertake comprehensive clinical triage of patients
Ensure patients and their families receive timely, appropriate, safe and person-centered care, demonstrating compassion, respect and explicit clinical reasoning in all decision-making
At times act as a trusted source of real-time clinical support for peers and non-clinical staff contributing to safe decision-making and outcomes.
