Job Description – Customer Support Associate

We are hiring Customer Support Associates with solid communication and comprehension skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- VERSANT assessment required
- Good comprehension and analytical skills.
- Ability to type accurately with minimal errors (30 WPM / 90% accuracy preferred ).
- Strong English reading and writing skills.
- Fluent in Hindi

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer and typing proficiency.

Employment Type: Contractual- 3 months

Shifts timings - Rotational shifts (24*7)

Working hours : 9 hours per day

Salary Range - 23K CTC- 18K in hand per month (Fresher)

24 K CTC- 19K in hand per month (Experienced)
