We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager / Sales qualified to develop new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and business-development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle client queries, concerns,
and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on pipeline and revenue performance.
