We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale engineering and modernization initiatives across multiple teams.

Mandatory Experience

- 10+ years of overall professional experience
- 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience within engineering or technology organizations
- 5+ years of prior hands-on experience in software development, system design, or technical architecture

What you’ll bring

- Experience driving large, cross-functional technical programs with significant business or engineering impact
- Ability to build and structure programs from the ground up, including defining goals, success measures, governance, and execution processes
- Robust experience managing dependencies, risks,



competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders
- Technical depth to work effectively with engineering leaders, architects, and principal engineers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority
- A track record of delivering measurable outcomes beyond just timelines and project completion

We are looking for candidates with a strong technical foundation who have transitioned into Technical Program Management and have experience driving complex engineering programs end to end.
