Job Title: ACCA Mentor / Academic Associate (Part-Qualified / Freshers Welcome)

Location: Noida Sector 2 (5 Days Onsite & 1 Day WFH)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

CTC: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Based on papers cleared & experience)

About the Role

We are hiring passion-driven ACCA candidates to guide and mentor our ACCA aspirants. If you have strong subject knowledge, love helping students crack their exams, and want to build a career in academic leadership, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live interactive sessions, doubt-clearing classes, and academic mentoring for ACCA students.

- Help students resolve subject-related queries and master complex ACCA concepts.

- Prepare study resources, practice question banks, and mock exam papers.

- Track individual student performance and offer feedback to improve pass rates.

- Collaborate with the core academic team to refine learning outcomes.

Requirements





- ACCA Qualification: Minimum 9 Papers Cleared (Skill Level Complete) OR ACCA Affiliate (All 13 Papers Cleared).

- Experience: Freshers are welcome! Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience is a bonus.

- Skills: Strong understanding of ACCA concepts with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Tools: Basic command over MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and online meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams).
