About the role

You're a systems thinker first. You look at a sales team and you don't see people who need more leads. You see a machine that needs better intelligence, cleaner data and smarter automation to do what it already does, but faster and with far more confidence.

You've worked in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or a hybrid of both. You know the CRM deeply enough to architect it, not just use it. You've built workflows and automations that actually get adopted. And you understand that in a relationship-led, enterprise sales setting (which is exactly what selling into the NHS is), the difference between winning and losing often comes down to who walked into the room better prepared.

You'll report to our Growth Marketing Manager, who'll point you at the problems that matter most. From there, you won't wait to be told how to fix them. You'll form a view, bring a proposal and build it. Day to day you'll work directly with our BDMs, marketers and Customer Success team. They're your users, and the role only works if they trust what you build.

What you'll be doing
- Commercial intelligence: enriched stakeholder briefs, exec hire monitoring, board changes and procurement signals, so the team walks into every senior event, dinner or discovery call room-ready. Right now this is manual and inconsistent. You'll make it repeatable and fast.
- Attribution: we run private events and podcasts and exhibit at flagship events. You'll build the attribution layer that tells us with confidence which activities are worth the invest
