Job Description:
- Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM Master Data management and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Employee/Personnel Master Data, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration.
- Good knowledge of SAP HCM processes, Infotypes, Actions, Organizational Structure, and Personnel Administration.
- Experience in data creation, validation, correction, and mass updates in SAP.
- Positive understanding of HR business processes and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience in data migration, reporting, issue resolution, and production support.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
