WHAT IS THIS ROLE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

* The primary responsibility of this role is to support the execution of
identified strategic initiatives especially those providing a competitive
edge to our organization in India. The job requires end-to-end participation,
i.e. from assistance in conceptualization of a strategic business capability,
to help in shaping up the feasibility and scoping of the project. It involves




collaborating with a wide set of relevant teams (including Technology) within
India and abroad, and SMEs to help plan and implement the project. The job
will also involve ensuring that the project meets its expected business case
and objectives, defined at the start of the project.

* One of the most key strategic initiatives is India’s Business Digital
Strategy. The incumbent will play a key role in identifying opportunities to
continuously enhance the suite of features and assisting implementation of
the same.

WHAT ARE THE ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES?

* Assist in scoping and execution of the key strategic projects.

* Interact with senior management and relevant contributors to ensure
end-to-end scoping and execution of projects.

* Aid in regular communication to stakeholders on approach, impact and benefit
of these projects, to build organizational awareness to things on the anvil.
