About the Role
We are looking for a
Research Associate
to join our Executive Search and Recruitment team. The role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical and passionate about understanding talent markets and identifying the right professionals for specialised roles.
The Research Associate will work closely with our consulting team on
candidate research, talent mapping, market intelligence, candidate screening and recruitment coordination
, while also supporting business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Research
- Understand client requirements and job specifications in consultation with the consulting team.
- Conduct extensive candidate research through LinkedIn, Naukri and other relevant databases and platforms.
- Identify and shortlist potential candidates based on role requirements, qualifications, experience and organisational fit.
- Review and analyse candidate profiles and CVs to assess suitability.
