TAPISH Foundation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Project Coordinator to coordinate its Mental Health Program for LGBTQIA+ communities in Indore. The ideal candidate will be committed to mental health, human rights, social justice, and community empowerment, with the ability to coordinate inclusive and accessible mental health support for LGBTQIA+ persons.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Mental Health Program.
- Coordinate with counsellors, mental health professionals, community members..
- Support LGBTQIA+ community members in accessing mental health services.
- Organize mental health sessions, awareness activities, workshops.
- Maintain participant records, documentation, and basic program data.
- Follow up with beneficiaries and coordinate referrals when required.
- Prepare basic program updates and reports for the TAPISH team.
- Ensure confidentiality,



safeguarding, and a safe and inclusive environment.

Eligibility
- LGBTQIA+ candidates will be given first preference; others may also apply.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Social Work, Management, or related field.
- 2 years of project management experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, Email, and Google Workspace.
- Good communication, coordination, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in mental health and LGBTQIA+ issues.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and comfortable working with diverse LGBTQIA+ communities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
