- Manage all MEP and technical operations of the residential community.
- Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, fire & life safety systems.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed as per schedule.
- Monitor DG sets, transformers, LT panels, pumps, motors, lifts and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with AMC vendors and external technical service providers.
- Conduct regular inspection of all technical assets and maintain equipment records.
- Ensure 24×7 breakdown response and minimize equipment downtime.
- Prepare and monitor PPM schedules, daily technical reports and maintenance checklists.
- Manage technical manpower including electricians, plumbers, technicians and operators.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, fire safety and statutory requirements.
- Monitor electricity, water and DG fuel consumption and identify opportunities for cost savings.




- Handle resident technical complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain spares, consumables, tools and technical inventory.
- Coordinate with the Property Manager and client association for technical requirements.
- Conduct emergency drills and ensure readiness of fire-fighting and emergency systems.
- Review vendor performance, AMC contracts and service reports.
- Maintain all technical documentation, equipment logs and statutory certificates.
- Train and guide technical staff on SOPs, safety and equipment operation.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or related engineering.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
