Position Overview
As a Social Media Strategist & Manager, your primary responsibility is thinking before designing. You will research brands, understand customer psychology, develop monthly content strategies, create detailed content calendars, write engaging captions and content copy for social media posts and coordinate with designers, photographers and video editors to ensure every piece of content aligns with the client's business goals.

This is not a graphic design or video editing role. It is a planning, strategy, copywriting and project coordination position.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:




- Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Research competitors, trends, and target audiences.
- Create content pillars, campaign ideas, and reel concepts.
- Write creative briefs, captions, and post directions.
- Coordinate with the design, photography, and video teams.
- Plan festival and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Adobe Firefly for research and ideation.

Deliverables:
- Monthly strategy document
- Content pillar framework
- Campaign planning sheet
- Competitor analysis report

Requirements
- 0–1 year experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Excellent research and copywriting skills.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and Canva.
- Creative thinker with robust organizational and commun
