1. Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sr Account Officer to manage our financial transactions, maintain accurate books of accounts, ensure statutory compliance, and support management in financial decision-making.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and reconcile bank statements
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage petty cash, expense claims, and vendor payments

B. Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1,



GSTR-3B), TDS returns, and assist in Income Tax filing
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with CA / auditors for audits and finalization of accounts
- Keep updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards

C. Financial Reporting & Control
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget vs actual reports
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Monitor and control credit collection and follow-up with clients/vendors
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation calculation

D. Documentation
- Maintain proper filing of all invoices, bills, and financial documents
- Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data.
