- Conduct regular safety inspections of the construction site.
- Ensure workers follow all required safety rules and procedures.
- Check proper use of PPE such as helmets, safety shoes, gloves, safety belts, and reflective jackets.
- Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe work practices and take corrective action.
- Conduct toolbox talks and basic safety awareness sessions for workers.
- Monitor safety arrangements for work at height, excavation, electrical work, lifting activities, scaffolding, and other construction activities.
- Ensure proper safety signage, barricading, and warning notices are displayed at the site.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, near misses, toolbox talks, and corrective actions.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the Site/Project Manager immediately.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and contractors to resolve safety issues.




- Check availability and condition of fire extinguishers and other emergency safety equipment.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and protected movement of workers and materials at the site.
- Assist in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures.
- Ensure safety-related documents and registers are properly maintained.
- Follow applicable company safety policies and statutory requirements.
- Perform other safety-related duties assigned by management.

Education: Diploma / Certificate in Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or relevant qualification.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
