FABDIZ is looking for an aggressive, target-driven Senior BDM who knows how to sell residential interiors and close high-value B2C projects.

If you have experience with HomeLane, Livspace, Decorpot, Design Cafe, Interio, modular kitchens, home interiors, turnkey interiors or similar businesses, this could be your next opportunity.

Earning potential: Up to ₹80,000 per month + Performance Incentives.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on revenue and closures.

What You Will Do
- Meet homeowners and understand their requirements
- Generate and convert residential interior opportunities
- Conduct client consultations and design-led sales discussions
- Present interior concepts, materials and solutions
- Explain BOQs,



pricing and project scope
- Handle objections and negotiations
- Follow up and drive customers toward closure
- Close high-value residential interior projects
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Coordinate with Design and Execution teams after closure
