Kyros Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a
creative, strategic, and performance-oriented Content & Creative Strategist
to develop high-impact content and campaign ideas for
D2C, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, and e-commerce brands
.

This role is ideal for someone who understands
brand storytelling, social media trends, Reels, UGC, performance creatives, campaign thinking, and AI-powered content creation
.

You will work closely with the
Brand, Social Media, Creative/Design, and Performance Marketing teams
to turn business objectives into strong creative ideas and content.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop
content strategies, campaign themes, and monthly content calendars
- Create
Reels concepts, hooks, scripts, UGC ideas, captions, and campaign concepts
- Develop creative ideas for both
brand building and performance marketing
- Research
customer behaviour, competitors, trends, viral formats, and category insights
- Create
shoot concepts, moodboards, storyboards, and creative references
- Develop strong
creative angles, messaging, and storytelling concepts




- Collaborate with Designers, Video Editors, Social Media Managers, Brand Managers, and Performance Marketers
- Analyse content and creative performance to understand
what is working and why
- Generate new creative concepts based on
performance data and audience insights
- Use AI tools for
research, ideation, prompting, image generation, and AI video creation
- Stay updated with
Instagram, Reels, UGC, creator trends, AI tools, and emerging content formats
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and creative direction across campaigns

Skills & Experience Required
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
in Content Strategy, Creative Strategy, Social Media, Advertising, or Digital Marketing
- Previous experience in a
Digital Marketing / Creative Agency
is preferred
- Experience working with
D2C or e-commerce brands
- Experience with
jewellery, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
will be an advantage
