Job Summary

AMS Comtel is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to manage daily operational reports, maintain accurate data, and provide meaningful insights to the Operations and Management teams. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and preferably have experience in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update operational databases and master data.
- Track key performance metrics such as Login, Attendance, Productivity, AHT, Conversion, Collections, and Attrition.
- Prepare reports for Operations, HR, Quality, and Management teams.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
- Generate performance reports for agents, teams, and processes.
- Analyze data and highlight performance gaps, trends, and exceptions.
- Maintain daily attendance and login reports.
- Create and maintain dashboards and performance trackers.




- Handle data consolidation from multiple sources.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error checking.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of operational data.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Positive understanding of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, filters, sorting, and basic Excel formulas.
- Knowledge of Excel dashboards and charts will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets will be an added advantage.

Eligibility
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in MIS, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Education: Graduate preferred.
