₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + 5% commission on successfully converted projects

We are looking for a confident, articulate and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our IT and creative services business across the Indian and international markets.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with international clients, generating leads independently, conducting email outreach, and converting qualified prospects into projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads from India and global markets.
- Conduct professional email marketing and cold outreach campaigns.
- Find potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, Threads, X, Craigslist and other relevant channels.
- Communicate confidently with international prospects through email, chat and calls.
- Understand client requirements, explain our services and move prospects through the sales process.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a lead/prospect database.
- Convert qualified leads into IT and creative service projects.




- Research businesses that may require technology, design or digital solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify repeat business opportunities.

You do not need to be a technical developer, but you should be able to understand these services well enough to have an intelligent conversation with a prospective client and identify their requirements.
