*Role Overview:*
- The Sales Lead – Passive Products will be responsible for driving the growth and distribution of Franklin Templeton’s passive investment solutions, including ETFs and index-based products. Based in Mumbai, this senior leadership role will work closely with institutional, intermediary, and distribution partners while aligning internal sales teams and contributing to strategic book-building initiatives across passive strategies.




*What are the ongoing responsibilities of Institutional Sales Manager?*

*Sales & Business Development:*
- Lead and execute the sales strategy for passive products (ETFs, index funds, and related solutions) across assigned channels.
- Build and deepen relationships with institutional clients, distributors, wealth managers, banks, and large advisors.
- Drive asset growth through new fund launches, mandates, and secondary market liquidity initiatives for ETFs.

*Client Engagement & Market Interface:*
- Act as the primary client interface for key accounts, delivering thought leadership on passive investing and portfolio construction.
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs, including ETF adoption, asset allocation, and cost-efficient investment strategies.
- Represent Franklin Templeton at client meetings, industry forums, conferences, and roadshows.
