Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible PDI In-Charge to manage the Pre-Delivery Inspection of new vehicles before customer delivery. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicle quality, identifying defects, coordinating with the Workshop team for rectification, and ensuring that every vehicle is completely delivery-ready.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100% Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) as per Mahindra/OEM checklist.
- Inspect vehicles for scratches, dents, defects, fitment issues and other quality concerns.
- Check vehicle functionality and overall delivery readiness.
- Coordinate with the Workshop/Service team for timely rectification of identified defects.
- Re-inspect vehicles after rectification and ensure all issues are resolved before delivery.
- Verify accessories, tool kit, keys, vehicle documents and other required items.
- Maintain accurate PDI records, checklists and reports.




- Coordinate with Sales and Workshop teams for smooth and timely vehicle delivery.
- Ensure vehicles meet required quality standards before handing them over to customers.
- Minimize and prevent PDI-related customer complaints.

Requirements
- Experience in Automobile Dealership, PDI, Workshop or Vehicle Inspection preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicle inspection and basic automobile operations.
- Ability to identify vehicle defects and coordinate their rectification.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain inspection records and reports.
- Candidates with experience in OEM/Mahindra dealership will be preferred.

Education

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
(Automobile or Mechanical background will be an advantage.)

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in Automobile Dealership / PDI / Workshop / Vehicle Inspection preferred.
