Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing of kids' garments in our fast-paced e-commerce production unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production cycle—from fabric sourcing to finished product—to ensure effective production, quality, and timely fulfillment of online orders. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the unique demands of e-commerce order volumes and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Production: Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the kids' garment production floor, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high quality. Ensure orders are completed on time for fulfillment and shipping.
- E-Commerce Order Fulfillment: Coordinate closely with the e-commerce and logistics teams to ensure smooth processing of orders.



Ensure production is aligned with fluctuating e-commerce demands, peak season volumes, and timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Team Leadership and Training: Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, including sewing operators, finishers, and quality controllers. Provide guidance on efficient production practices, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control procedures to ensure the garments produced meet both safety and aesthetic standards. Regularly inspect finished products, conduct quality audits, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Inventory and Material Management: Ensure the timely availability of materials required for garment production (fabric, trims, packaging). Work with the procurement team to avoid stock-outs and optimize material usage, minimizing wastage.
