Role Description
The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role involves welcoming and engaging with visitors and residents, ensuring a skilled and courteous first point of contact at the property. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing reception duties, handling inquiries and appointments, coordinating with sales and facility teams,



and maintaining visitor logs and front desk documentation. The Guest Relations Executive will address customer service issues, provide information about projects and amenities, support site events or client meetings, and help ensure a seamless guest experience. The role requires consistent adherence to company standards in appearance, communication, and service delivery.

Qualifications
