Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective customers, and present suitable products and services from the company’s portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tools, and coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves meeting sales targets, providing prompt customer support,



and sharing feedback from customers to help improve offerings and processes.

Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to convert leads into customers and achieve set targets.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects, nurturing opportunities, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.
- Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Comfort using CRM or sales management tools and basic office software to track activities and manage data.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or consumer products sales is an advantage.
