KEY PURPOSE

The Assistant Manager - CC Retrofit Execution is responsible for supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of retrofit projects. This role works closely with the Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieving the turnover targets for retrofit projects as per the Annual Business Plan (ABP), ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
- Executing strategies to control costs and improving project profitability by implementing best practices and process optimizations.
- Collaborating with the Manager to ensure that all projects are booked and executed at the desired margins, contributing to the overall financial success of the department.




- Ensuring proper project planning, including material delivery, resource allocation, and scheduling, to meet customer requirements and timelines.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations at job sites, ensuring projects are executed with a “first-time right” approach to avoid rework, reduce costs, and ensure timely handover.
- Coordinating with internal teams (Design, Planning, and Finance) to facilitate smooth execution and resolve any project-related issues that may arise.
- Actively contributing to achieving the targeted Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) score by addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Collecting customer feedback at the end of each project, identifying areas for improvement, and securing referral letters to enhance the company’s reputation and generate repeat business.
- Ensuring zero safety incidents across all job sites by strictly enforcing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),
