Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure quality and timely execution at the project site.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and instructions.
- Monitor labour and contractor activities.
- Check quality and workmanship.
- Monitor daily work progress and manpower.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and contractors.
- Maintain daily site reports and records.
- Identify and report site issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at site.
- Assist in measurements and quantity verification.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant civil construction experience.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Positive knowledge of site execution.
- Ability to coordinate with labour and contractors.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
