Position: Shoot & Camera/Gimbal Operator

About the Role

Growvia is looking for a Camera & Gimbal Operator who can work with our team and travel to client locations and shoots to handle camera and gimbal operations.

Responsibilities
- Work Monday to Saturday
- Report to the Growvia office and travel to client locations/shoot locations as required
- Handle DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and gimbal
- Set up and operate camera, gimbal, tripod and basic shooting equipment
- Shoot Instagram Reels, promotional videos and brand content
- Handle framing, camera angles, focus and basic camera settings
- Capture smooth and engaging gimbal shots
- Follow scripts and instructions from the content/creative team
- Coordinate with the team during shoots
- Take proper care of camera and shooting equipment

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of camera and gimbal operation
- Understanding of framing, angles and composition
- Ability to capture stable, high-quality video




- Willingness to travel to client locations and outdoor shoots
- Good communication and teamwork
- Freshers can apply if they have practical camera/gimbal knowledge

Stipend

₹4,000 – ₹6,000 per month initially, depending on skills and practical knowledge. ( will be increased after revewing performance.

Performance will be reviewed based on work quality, learning and responsibility, with opportunities for an increase.

Working Days

Monday – Saturday: Work From Office / Client Locations / ShootsSunday: Off
